1. Processing Time
  • Standard orders: 1-3 business days after order confirmation.
  • Customized jerseys (name, number, patches): 3-7 business days for production.
  • Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.

Delivery time depends on your location.

  • Europe 5-10 business days
  • US/Canada 8-15 business days
  • Australia/New Zealand10-15 business days
  • Rest of World 10-20 business days

Estimated time – customs or weather delays may occur.

  • Free standard worldwide shipping on orders over $50 USD
  • For orders under $50, shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

  • Prices do not include import duties or VAT for your destination country.
  • You are responsible for any customs fees. Please check your local customs policy.

Please provide the correct shipping address. Return or reshipment fees due to address errors are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact your local post office first.
  • If still not received after the estimated time, email service@jerseydex.com – we will help track it.

Returns + Exchanges

You may return items within 30 days after receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging.
  • Customized jerseys (with printed name, number, or patches) are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error.

To exchange for a different size or style:

  • Contact us first to check availability.
  • Exchange requests must also be made within 30 days, and items must meet return conditions.
  • Customized jerseys generally cannot be exchanged (except for quality issues).

If you receive a defective jersey, incorrect printing, or the wrong product, please email photos to service@jerseydex.com within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it for free or issue a full refund (including shipping).

  • Non-quality issues (e.g., wrong size, change of mind): buyer pays return shipping.
  • Quality issues or our mistake: we pay return shipping.
  • After inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees (unless quality-related) are non-refundable.
  1. Email service@jerseydex.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. We will reply within 2 business days with the return address.
  3. Ship the item back and keep the tracking number.
