1. How do I choose the right size?
On every jersey product page, we provide:
- A detailed size chart (chest, length, fit)
- Real‑user fit data – height, weight, recommended size, and fit feedback (“TTS”, “size up”, “size down”)
- Live chat support – just send us your height/weight and we’ll recommend a size.
2. Can I return a customized jersey (name, number, patches)?
Customized jerseys are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error. Please double-check your customization details before ordering.
3. How long does processing take?
- Standard jerseys: 1-3 business days.
- Customized jerseys: 3-7 business days for production.
4. How long is shipping? How much does it cost?
- Standard worldwide shipping: 5-20 business days (depends on location).
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50 USD. For orders under $50, shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
- Tracking is provided for all orders.
5. What if I receive a wrong or defective jersey?
Please email photos to service@jerseydex.com within 7 days of delivery. We will replace it for free or issue a full refund (including shipping).
6. How do I cancel or change my order?
We can cancel or modify your order before it ships. Email us as soon as possible at service@jerseydex.com. Once shipped, please follow our return & exchange policy.
